At Rural Bees, we are committed to delivering your natural skincare and haircare products safely and quickly.

 
📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

🚛 Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days across India

  • Remote areas may take 7–10 business days

 

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1000

  • ₹50 flat shipping fee for orders below this amount

 

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.

 

❗ Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Courier issues

    • Public holidays

We want you to love our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📅 Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Typical eCommerce return windows range from 7–30 days depending on the business

 

✅ Eligible for Return

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused & unopened

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice required)

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Personal care items (face wash, shampoo, lip balm, etc.)

  • Products damaged due to misuse

👉 Cosmetic brands often restrict returns because used beauty items cannot be resold safely

📦 Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • Damaged product

  • Leaked/defective item

  • Wrong item

➡️ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Order details

We will provide:

  • Replacement OR

  • Full refund

 

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for:

    • Damaged items

    • Wrong products received

 

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Refund will be credited to:

    • Original payment method OR

    • Store credit (optional)

 

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side → Free return pickup

  • If return is customer-initiated → Shipping cost borne by customer
